Events and Tickets
Create events, sell tickets via Stripe. Everything your venue needs for a great night.
Events and Tickets lets you run ticketed nights end to end: create an event, set up ticket tiers, sell through Stripe, and check guests in at the door.
Open Events
- In the left sidebar, open the Venue section.
- Click Events & Tickets.
Events are grouped into Upcoming, Current, and Past. Each event has a status: Draft, Published, or Cancelled.
Create an event
- Click New Event (or Create your first event).
- Under Basic info, enter the Event title (for example Summer Rooftop Night). A web address is created from the title (for example summer-rooftop-night).
- Add Details: a short description for guests, plus date and time.
- Save it as a Draft while you finish setting up.
Add ticket tiers
Tiers are the ticket types you sell, each with its own price and limit.
- Open the event and go to Ticket Tiers (Manage pricing tiers).
- Add a tier and name it (for example General Admission).
- Set the Price (for example 25.00) and the Quantity available.
- Set the Sale window (when tickets go on sale and stop) and the tier's Visibility.
- Save. Add as many tiers as you need; before you do, you'll see No ticket tiers yet.
Publish and sell
Once your details and tiers are ready, change the event from Draft to Published so guests can buy tickets. Payments are handled by Stripe.
At the door
Open the event's Attendees tab to see who's coming and use Check-in to mark guests in as they arrive. Before any sales you'll see No attendees yet.
Track sales
- Orders — every purchase, with the buyer, quantity, amount, and status.
- Sales — Revenue over time for the event.
Event settings
The event's Settings tab holds the rest of its configuration, including a Danger zone for cancelling or removing the event.
Tickets is part of the Pro plan. Payments are processed through Stripe.
