Visibility Score

See how easy your venue is to find online. One score, a ranked list of quests, and a clear path up.

4 tasks · ~5 minutesIncluded on every plan · more active quests on Starter, Pro and EnterpriseUpdated July 2026

The gist

Visibility Score audits how easy your venue is to find online — Google, Maps, your website and your socials — then turns the result into a single score and a ranked list of quests that raise it.

Open Visibility Score

1 step · a top-level item in the sidebar

  1. In the left sidebar, click Visibility Score — it sits right under Dashboard.

Complete your venue profile (first time)

2 steps · the audit needs to know who to look for

The audit matches your venue across Google, Maps and the web, so your profile has to identify it precisely.

  1. Fill in the required fields in Settings: venue name, street address, city, country, venue category and phone.
  2. Add the recommended fields too — each one unlocks extra checks:
    • Official website — unlocks the website, conversion-path and social-link checks.
    • Google listing — pins the audit to your exact Maps listing instead of a name search.
    • Instagram and Facebook — let the audit verify your social presence.

Pick a specific venue category, not Other — the score benchmarks you against similar venues nearby, and Other has no comparable cohort.

Run the audit

1 step · then a short wait while sources are checked

  1. Click Run the audit. The audit works through its sources and each one comes back Verified, Self-reported, Not applicable, Unavailable or Failed.

When it finishes you get your score and a category breakdown. Run it again after you make changes — the page shows what changed since the previous audit, and your trend against a week ago.

Work through your quests

ongoing · ranked by impact on your score

Every audit produces quests — concrete improvements ranked by how much score they unlock.

  1. Open a quest to see why it matters, its difficulty, and the exact action to take.
  2. Start it, do the work, and submit it for verification.
  3. When the check passes, the quest is verified and its score gap is yours to collect on the next audit.

You work a few quests at a time: 3 active slots on the free plan, 10 on Starter, 30 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise. Finishing a quest frees its slot, so every plan gets through the full list — just at a different pace.

Quest statuses

Every quest moves left to right — two exits along the way.

  • Ready — available to start whenever a slot is free.
  • Blocked — unlocks once the quest it depends on is done.
  • In progress — you're on it; it occupies an active slot.
  • Awaiting verification — submitted; the change is being checked.
  • Verified — the change was confirmed live.
  • Not verified — the check failed; adjust and resubmit.
  • Completed — done and counted toward your score.
