The gist

The Menu is your live, digital menu. Organise dishes into categories, set prices, and tag allergens and diet badges. Changes go live as soon as you save them.

Open the Menu

2 steps · where everything in this guide happens

  1. In the left sidebar, open the Venue section.
  2. Click Menu.

If you haven't built one yet, you'll see No menu yet. You can keep more than one menu (for example a Cocktail Menu and a food menu) — give each one a name.

Add a category

2 steps · the sections of your menu

Categories are the sections of your menu, like Starters, Mains, or Drinks.

  1. Add a category and give it a name (for example Starters).
  2. Reorder categories any time by dragging them into place.

Add a menu item

5 steps · about a minute per dish

  1. Inside a category, add an item.
  2. Enter the name (for example Old Fashioned).
  3. Add a short description.
  4. Set the price and choose the currency (EUR, PLN, or USD).
  5. Save. You can click any field again later to edit it inline.

Tag allergens and diet badges

1 step per item · guests see them at a glance

For each item you can flag:

  1. Pick what applies:
    • Allergens — ingredients guests need to be warned about.
    • Diet badgesVegetarian and Vegan.
These show next to the item so guests and staff see them at a glance.

Keep the menu current

ongoing · changes go live immediately

  1. Reorder items and categories by dragging them.
  2. Edit a price or description by clicking it directly — changes go live immediately.
  3. Delete an item or a whole section when it's no longer offered.
