Training Materials

Training Materials turns your venue's documents into study material. Upload a document and Served auto-generates AI flashcards, so menu knowledge and procedures stay accessible to the whole team. You'll find it under the Team section in the sidebar.

Open Training

1. In the left sidebar, open the Team section.
2. Click Training.

Upload a training document

1. Upload a document — menus, standard procedures, allergen sheets, onboarding guides.
2. Give it a name and a description.
3. Organise it into a folder and a category so the team can find it. Items left loose show under No folder / No category.
4. Use Edit document to change these details later, and open the original file in a new tab any time.

A Storage indicator shows how much of your plan's space you've used.

Generate AI flashcards

Served turns your documents into study flashcards automatically.

1. Open Flashcards.
2. Generate flashcards from a document — Served creates them for you.
3. Staff review the flashcards to test themselves on the essentials.

Keep knowledge current

When a menu or procedure changes, update the document and regenerate its flashcards so the team is always studying the latest version.
