The gist

The Calendar brings every reservation and event into one view, so you can see how busy your venue is and plan ahead.

Open the Calendar

2 steps · where everything in this guide happens

  1. In the left sidebar, open the Venue section.
  2. Click Calendar.

Switch views

1 step · pick the right zoom level

Use the view switch to change how much you see at once:

  1. Choose Month, Week, or Day:
    • Month — the whole month, for spotting busy and quiet days.
    • Week — a seven-day overview, good for planning the week ahead.
    • Day — a single day in detail, for running service.
Reservations and events both appear on the calendar, shown distinctly so nothing gets missed.

Add a reservation from the Calendar

4 steps · same booking, different door

  1. Click New Reservation.
  2. Fill in the guest's name, phone, and email.
  3. Choose the date and time, and add a table or note if you need to (for example Table 4, Terrace).
  4. Save — the booking now appears on the calendar and in Reservations.

Open something on the calendar

1 step · confirm, edit, update

  1. Click any reservation or event to open it.

From there you can confirm, edit, or update it the same way you would from its own page — Reservations is the full booking inbox and floor plan, and Events and Tickets also show up here.
